Cubmaster’s Role
The Cubmaster is one of the main leaders of a Cub Scout pack. This role is important because the Cubmaster helps bring the program to life for the Cub Scouts. The Cubmaster plans and leads pack meetings, which are the main events where Cub Scouts and their families come together.
Assistant Cubmaster:

The Assistant Cubmaster supports the Cubmaster, fills in when necessary, supervises den chiefs, and helps coordinate the pack’s program and activities.

Pack Committee Chairmen Role
The leader of the adult leadership team that supports the Cub Scout pack. This person is appointed by the chartered organization (such as a church, school, or community group) and registered as an adult leader with Scouting America
Den Leader:
Den Leader’s Role
Is an adult, often a parent or guardian, who is responsible for leading a group of Cub Scouts, typically K-5th grade. They plan and conduct den meetings and activities, guiding the scouts through their Cub Scout adventure, helping them earn badges, and teaching important skills. Den leaders play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for the scouts and fostering friendships within the group
