It’s going to be a BIG weekend in Abington! Cub Scout Pack 41 will be joining the fun during the Town of Abington Oktoberfest, October 2–4, with activities for our Scouts, families, and the entire community.

🏴‍☠️ Saturday – Pirate Walk, Popcorn & Movie Night

📍 Island Grove

Pack 41 will be at Island Grove during the Town’s Pirate Walk, handing out FREE POPCORN to families!

⚜️ Meet Pack 41 Scouts and leaders
🎬 Stick around for the Town’s movie that evening!

🎃 Sunday Morning – Pack 41 Trunk or Treat

📍 Beaver Brook Playground Parking Lot
⏰ 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Start Sunday with Pack 41’s Trunk or Treat!

Pack families are encouraged to decorate their vehicles, bring candy, and invite friends and family to participate.

🏆 Trunk Decorating Contest!

We’ll award ribbons to the:

🥇 1st Place Trunk
🥈 2nd Place Trunk
🥉 3rd Place Trunk

Let’s fill the parking lot with decorated cars and make it a fun morning for our Scouts and the community!

🍿🏹 Sunday Afternoon – Family Day

⏰ 1:00–4:00 PM

The fun continues Sunday afternoon at the Town’s Family Day field event!

Pack 41 will be there:

🍿 Selling popcorn to support our Pack and Scouting program
⚜️ Recruiting new Cub Scouts and families
🏹 Offering Inflatable Archery, set up and operated by Mayflower Council

The inflatable archery range will give kids a fun opportunity to experience a little taste of the adventure available through Cub Scouting.

Oktoberfest is a great opportunity for Pack 41 to be visible in our community, raise funds for our Scouts, and introduce new families to Cub Scouting.

Whether you can help decorate a trunk, hand out popcorn, assist with recruiting, support our popcorn fundraiser, or simply bring your family out to participate, we’d love to have you there!
